Pistachio Butter

approximately 3/4 cup.
Ingredients: 

½ cup Butter or margarine, softened
2 tablespoons Honey
¼ teaspoon Ground cinnamon
¼ cup Coarsely chopped, natural American pistachios

Instructions: 

Beat together butter, honey and cinnamon until smooth. Blend in pistachios.
