6 cups Torn lettuce leaves
Avocado, peeled and sliced
Large slices red onion, separated into rings
¼ cup Oil
2 tablespoons Lemon juice
1 tablespoon Vinegar
¼ teaspoon Salt
1/8 teaspoon Each sugar and pepper
1/3 cup Coarsely chopped American pistachios
Toss together lettuce greens, avocado and onion. Combine oil, lemon juice, vinegar, salt, sugar and pepper; mix well. Add pistachios. Pour over greens; toss.
