3 cups Swiss cheese, grated
1 package Cream cheese, softened
2 tablespoons Milk
1 tablespoon Lime juice
1 teaspoon Grated lime peel
1/4 teaspoon Bottled hot pepper sauce
1/2 cup Coarsely chopped, natural American pistachios
Combine cheeses, milk, lime juice, peel and hot pepper sauce in mixing bowl; beat until creamy. Stir in pistachios.
