Yield: 3 dozen meatballs.
1 pound Ground turkey
½ cup Dry bread crumbs
½ cup Chopped, natural pistachios
¼ cup Minced onion
1 Egg, beaten
Sweet and Sour Sauce (recipe below)
Chopped, natural pistachios
Combine turkey, bread crumbs, pistachios, onion, egg and salt. Shape into 1 to 1¼ -inch balls. Place in shallow pan and bake at 400° F. 20 minutes or until cooked through. Stir into Sweet and Sour Sauce; heat thoroughly. Garnish with pistachios.
