Pistachio Grape Dressing

Approximately 5 cups.
Ingredients: 

¼ cup Celery, chopped
2 tablespoons Chopped green pepper
1 tablespoon Margarine
4 cups Coarsely crumbled dry corn bread
1 cup Grapes, seeded if necessary
½ cup Natural American pistachios, coarsely chopped
1/8 teaspoon each Pepper, oregano and rosemary, crushed
1 to 1-1/2 cups Chicken broth
Salt

Instructions: 

Sauté celery and green pepper in margarine until softened; combine with corn bread, grapes, pistachios, pepper and herbs. Heat chicken broth; add enough to moisten mixture. Salt to taste. Turn into greased 5-cup baking dish. Bake, covered, at 325° F. 30 minutes; uncovered and bake 5 minutes longer. For drier dressing, bake, uncovered, at 325° F. 35 minutes.
