Pears In Wine Sauce

Ingredients: 

1 can Sliced pears
¼ cup Port wine
¼ teaspoon Lemon peel
2 to 3 tablespoons Finely chopped American pistachios

Instructions: 

Drain pears; reserve ¼ cup syrup. Combine reserved syrup, port and lemon peel; pour over pears. Chill several hours. Spoon into dessert dishes. Sprinkle with pistachios.
