3 Fresh California nectarines, peeled and sliced (2 cups)
3 Fresh California peaches, peeled and sliced (2 cups)
1/2 cup Each yellow and red tomatoes, peeled, seeded and diced
1/2 cup Green onions or chives, thinly sliced
1 ounce Fresh basil, finely chopped
1 teaspoon Soy sauce
1/2 teaspoon Lemon juice
1/2 cup Cassis vinegar
Combine sliced nectarines and peaches, tomatoes, green onions and basil in bowl. Add soy sauce, lemon juice and cassis vinegar. Toss gently. Marinate for 1 hour before serving.
