4 ounces Brie or other soft cheese
½ cup Natural American pistachios, chopped, divided
3 cups Romaine or Bibb lettuce, torn
1 cup Red or black grapes, seeded if necessary
1 cup Cooked turkey, cubed
¼ cup Shredded carrot

Remove rind from cheese; cut into cubes. Roll cheese in ¼ cup pistachios and press pistachios into cheese. Microcook at MEDIUM-HIGH (70%) 1 minute or until cheese softens. Toss pistachio-covered cheese with remaining ingredients.
