Herbed Whitefish With American Pistachios

1 pound Whitefish fillets
4 teaspoons Lemon juice
1 tablespoon each Dry white wine and oil
1 tablespoon Minced chives
1/8 teaspoon each Oregano and basil, crushed
¼ cup Chopped natural American pistachios


Arrange fish in microwave-safe dish. Combine lemon juice, wine, oil, chives, herbs and pepper to taste. Spoon or brush over fish. Cover with waxed paper. Microwave at MEDIUM 4 minutes. Rotate ¼ turn. Sprinkle with pistachios. Cover with waxed paper; microwave at MEDIUM 2 to 4 minutes longer or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork.
