1 roll Refrigerated sugar cookie dough
8 oz. Semi-sweet chocolate squares, melted*
1/3 cup Natural American pistachios, finely chopped
Cut roll of dough into slices about 1/4-inch thick. Place slices on baking sheet and bake as directed (omitting sugar sprinkles on top). Cool.
Dip top of each cookie halfway into melted chocolate, dripping off any excess. Place on rack and sprinkle top with pistachios. Leave on rack to set.
