Chinese-style Pistachio Honey Buns

Ingredients: 

1/4 pound Unseasoned ground pork
1/2 cup Chopped onion
1/2 cup Chopped mushrooms
2 tablespoons Soy Sauce
2 tablespoons Brown sugar
1/4 teaspoon Cornstarch
1/2 cup Chopped natural American pistachios
1 package Frozen white bread dough, thawed
2 tablespoons Honey
1/4 cup Finely chopped, natural American pistachios

Instructions: 

Stir-fry pork and onion until pork is browned and onion soft; add mushrooms and soy sauce. Mix sugar and cornstarch; stir into pork mixture. Cook until mushrooms are tender. Remove from heat; add pistachios. Cut bread dough into 56 pieces. Flatten into 2-inch rounds. Place 1 teaspoon filling in center of each round, gather edges and seal. Place sealed-side down on baking sheet. Bake at 350oF., 10 to 12 minutes or until golden brown. Brush with honey; sprinkle with finely chopped pistachios.
