American Pistachio Fudge Sauce

1 ¼ cups.
Ingredients: 

1 package Semi-sweet chocolate chips
½ cup Half-and-half
1 teaspoon Vanilla
1/3 cup Natural American pistachios

Instructions: 

Place chocolate and half-and-half in top of double boiler. Heat over hot water until chocolate melts. Remove from heat; stir in vanilla. Add pistachios just before serving. Serve warm.
