Egg white (optional)
1 package Cream cheese, softened
¼ cup Sugar
1 tablespoon Lemon juice
1 teaspoon Lemon peel
½ teaspoon Vanilla
2 tablespoons Chopped natural American pistachios
Pistachio Pastry: Cut ¼ cup butter or margarine into 2/3 cup flour, 5 teaspoons sugar and dash salt. Add 3 tablespoons finely chopped American pistachios.
