Raisin Cane


Raisin Infused Rum
½ cup Golden raisins
750 ml Aged dark rum

2 oz Golden raisin-infused aged rum
3/4 oz Fresh Lemon juice
3/8 oz Honey
3/8 oz Ginger syrup
Garnish: Candied ginger


Raisin Infused Rum
Combine and let sit for 48 hours.

Combine ingredients in a shaker tin. Shake and strain into a double old fashioned glass over a large ice cube. Garnish with a piece of candied ginger.
