Pro Cyclist Mark Cavendish (Aka the Manx MIssle)

Mark Cavendish (Cav) is a world champion cyclist who specializes in sprint finishes. He is regarded as one of pro cycling’s top sprinters and the fastest man on two wheels. He is an outspoken proponent of healthy lifestyles and cycling for everyday well-being and a true believer in proper nutrition for optimal performance. This focus on health and nutrition led him to American pistachios, the ideal post-exercise snack that is tasty, portable, satisfying and supplies the energy and key nutrients the body needs to refuel.
