On March 1, thirty German health and fitness journalists attended an APG event. The theme, "Tasty as a Snack, Healthy as a Nut," gave nutrition experts, Dr. Matthias Riedl and Dr. Wiebke Elsner an excellent platform to speak about American pistachios' nutritional benefits. Dr. Reidl described pistachios as a powerful plant-based protein snack, and Dr. Eisner shared the food trends of 2018 with the journalists.
