Deserted Island

Rating:
Ingredients:

2 oz Plantation 5-year rum
½ oz Benedictine
½ oz Dumante liqueur
Copper & Kings absinthe to rinse glass

Instructions:

Combine Rum, Benedictine, and Dumante in a mixing glass. Add ice and stir for 30 seconds, rest for 30 seconds. Pour absinthe into snifter and slowly roll the glass around allowing the absinthe to coat the inside of the glass. Discard any extra absinthe. Place ice cube in snifter and strain into glass. Enjoy!

“Each ingredient has something that brings out the savory quality of the nut. Dumante is a pistachio liquor and ties the flavors together while adding a dry, nutty finish.”
