Pistachio Pizza Appetizer

24 pieces.

1 package Hot roll mix
2 cups Shredded Monterey jack cheese
1 cup Shredded mozzarella cheese
2 cups Sliced mushrooms
1 cup Green onions
3/4 cup Coarsely chopped, natural American pistachios
1/2 cup Sun dried tomatoes (in oil), drained, chopped, optional


Prepare hot roll mix for pizza crust as directed on package. Pat dough into greased 15 X 10 X 3/4-inch baking pan. Sprinkle evenly with cheeses, mushrooms, green onions and pistachios, in that order. Bake in pre-heated 425°F oven for 18 to 20 minutes or until crust is golden brown on bottom (lift up corner with spatula) and center is melted and piping hot. Sprinkle with tomatoes. Cut into 24 squares to serve.
