American Pistachio Fruit Salad

6 servings.

3 Oranges
1 tablespoon Packed brown sugar
2 teaspoons Lemon juice
¼ teaspoon Ground cinnamon
Pears, cored, sliced and dipped in lemon juice
¾ cup Red seedless grapes
¼ cup Natural American pistachios, chopped


Squeeze juice from one orange; peel remaining oranges and slice crosswise. Combine orange juice, sugar, lemon juice and cinnamon; pour over oranges, pears and grapes. Chill at least 2 hours. Sprinkle with pistachios just before serving.
