Lanark Lemonade


1 ½ oz Drambuie
1 oz Lemon juice
½ oz Ginger vinegar
½ oz Rosemary simple syrup
Splash of soda water
Garnish: Lemon peel and rosemary sprig


Combine all ingredients in shaker tin with ice. Shake contents and strain into a highball glass with ice. Top with soda water. Garnish with lemon peel and rosemary sprig.
