Deserted Island


2 oz Plantation 5-year rum
½ oz Benedictine
½ oz Dumante liqueur
Copper & Kings absinthe to rinse glass


Combine Rum, Benedictine, and Dumante in a mixing glass. Add ice and stir for 30 seconds, rest for 30 seconds. Pour absinthe into snifter and slowly roll the glass around allowing the absinthe to coat the inside of the glass. Discard any extra absinthe. Place ice cube in snifter and strain into glass. Enjoy!
