#PistachioParty Recipe Contest Italiano Style

APG and Italy’s feisty food/fashion blogger, Miss Cocò Cupcake, teamed up for a recipe contest. Until April 20, pistachio fans and followers are invited to share their best party finger food recipes with pistachios, on Instagram or Facebook, using the hashtags #PistachioParty and #PistachioPower. The most original recipe wins American-grown pistachios and a surprise gift. The video below, featuring Miss Coco Cupcake challenging APG’s Italian fans and followers to join in the contest, is posted on APG’s Facebook page in Italy. The English version demonstrates how to make Miss Coco’s cupcakes using U.S. measurements. Enjoy!

Originally from Milan, Italy, Miss Coco Cupcake now lives in New York City. For many years she worked as fashion publicist in Milan, but her real passion was and still is pastry. She is all about pastry recipes inspired by the minimalism of Coco Chanel mixed with a unique Italian taste.
